“Will Call” Delivery Services
“Will call” customers are expected to keep a diligent watch on the status of their propane levels and inform us when it is approaching 30%. This allows our professionals to make timely deliveries to make sure you are never out of gas.
Same-day or weekend deliveries and leak check fees will apply if you are in need of emergency services due to out-of-gas scenarios. For convenient and efficient delivery services, we request you to stay on top of your propane levels and to inform us well in advance.
Let Us Optimize Your Delivery Services
Through our “Auto-fill” delivery services, we set your account to track “heating degree days” or “calendar days.”
Our “Auto-fill” system is available to increase our efficiency in deliveries and make our delivery services more convenient for you. However, we claim no responsibility for run-outs or other unexpected circumstances.
Over a period of time, if you keep us informed of when your propane levels will be near 30%, we can optimize our system to help you get prompt deliveries.
Avoid delivery and repair fees from frozen pipes like these–let us know when your tank level is at 30%!
Take Advantage of Our Propane Tank Monitor
The propane tank monitors help potential runouts with high volume usage. They have tank level monitors that alert Wolf River Propane when a tank needs to be filled. Both you and our office staff will have access to the fuel level readings in your propane tank.
